- Fire door sets, intumescent, seals, closers, glazing
- Penetration seals, cavity barriers, compartmentation
Tickets we look for
- FIRAS, BM TRADA, IFC or FDIS diploma
- Level 2 passive fire NVQ
- Joiners and carpenters with the right attitude can be trained into inspection and install
Pay
Every role carries a salary band, with paid overtime and shared call-out on top. The number is agreed in conversation; the guide carries the market picture.
Where you join the ladder
Apprentice → Mentor → Practitioner → Master. Qualified inspectors and installers join as Practitioners; scheme-certified leads as Masters. The Academy certifies where you already sit; nobody restarts at the bottom.
