"Time served" means you came through your apprenticeship properly. Engineers use it about themselves. We use it because it describes exactly who we want: people who take the work seriously, at every stage of the ladder.
Time Served is the careers brand of the AMPM Group. Roles are with Gemini AMPM Ltd and AMPM Building Services Ltd.
We are not a recruitment agency. We hire for our own companies only: no placement fees, no middle-men, no selling your CV on. What you send us stays inside the group, and the privacy notice spells out exactly how that works.
AMPM Group Ltd is the holding company, owned through an Employee Ownership Trust: the people who do the work own the company. It holds two operating companies, and when you register your CV, one of these is the employer you'd join:
Gemini AMPM Ltd: fire detection and alarms, security, suppression, sprinklers, passive fire and life-safety. Working since 1997.
AMPM Building Services Ltd: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating and building fabric.
The AMPM Academy is the group's training arm: it runs the ladder (Apprentice → Mentor → Practitioner → Master) and the apprenticeship intakes.
Based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, with engineers on sites across London, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Essex. Most roles work a patch, not the whole map: that's why the form asks for your postcode.
