Standing requirement, open all year. Commercial installs, planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical services for managed estates, Tier 1s and FM providers.

The work
- Electrical: containment, distribution, small power, lighting, EICR testing
- Mechanical: heating plant, hot and cold water services, pipework, pumps and controls
- Cross-over with the fire and security side: emergency lighting and first fix often land here
What we're looking for
- Electrical: 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2; 2391 a plus
- Mechanical: NVQ Level 2/3 plumbing or heating; commercial Gas Safe a strong plus
- ECS/CSCS; clean UK driving licence
