The work at AMPM
Site supervision and project management on fire, security and M&E works; estimating and surveying; service coordination and planning.
Mentor responsibility for apprentices and Practitioners is part of the role, not an add-on.
Kit, systems, standards
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- Project delivery on commercial and residential estates
- Estimating against BS standards and client specs
Tickets we look for
- Trade background plus SMSTS/SSSTS
- Demonstrable delivery on similar work
Pay
Every role carries a basic salary range, with overtime and a van on top.
Where you join the ladder
Apprentice → Mentor → Practitioner → Master. Join as Masters with Mentor responsibility; this is where the Academy ladder is taught from. The Academy certifies where you already sit; nobody restarts at the bottom.
And the bit no competitor can say: Gemini AMPM is employee-owned. Stay, and you own part of it. How ownership works →
